Whether you are a private customer or a large organisation everyone receives the same level of service. Our engineers wear uniform with their names on and you will receive a text message the evening before your call to inform you what part of the day the engineer will be calling as well as the engineers name. We work on a paperless system and the engineer will email you a receipt straight from his device (paper copies can be posted upon request). All other customers can request a copy of the job sheet which will also be emailed in the same way.
The majority of our customers contact us on an individual private basis to arrange a service visit. Upon entering the job on to our system all charges involved will be explained to you before the call is booked.

Landlords & Letting Agents
We carry out work for individual landlords through to national letting agent chains, we take the stress out of the situation by dealing direct with the tenants to arrange access etc, we always insist on an agreed maximum repair limit so that there are no nasty surprises in store, all we require is a works order and we do the rest.
Housing associations and Local Authorities
We carry out service work for Housing Associations and local authorities, this can involve working at sites with elderly or vulnerable people, working with their carers for access we aim to make the entire process as stress free as possible.

Careys can carry out an inspection on your appliance for all claims purposes , we will attend and create a report based upon the fault/s found on the appliance and generate you a report accordingly in the form of a PDF document, please note we will only report on what we find wrong with the appliance and will not offer an opinion on the cause.
